Terms and Conditions

My ADHD Kiddo is a brand of Soaring Squirrels, LLC, based in Maryland. By purchasing a product, joining a course or community, or booking a consultation, you agree to these terms.

1. Who you're working with

Megan Ryan is a state-licensed educator and a Certified Family and Consumer Sciences (CFCS) professional. She is not a medical doctor, psychologist, therapist, or attorney.

2. Educational support only

All consultations, courses, group coaching calls, community discussions, eBooks, guides, newsletters, and other materials are educational support for parents. They are not medical, psychological, or legal advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and they are not a substitute for therapy or for care from your child's doctor or a licensed mental health professional. Always talk with your child's healthcare providers about medical and treatment decisions. If you or your child are in crisis, call or text 988, or call 911.

3. Who can purchase

You must be 18 or older to make a purchase, join a course or community, or book a consultation.

4. Consultations

Consultations are 50-minute video calls held on Google Meet. Payment is due at booking. You may cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the call, and missed calls, are not refunded. If you're more than 15 minutes late, the call may be treated as missed. If I need to reschedule, you can choose a new time or receive a full refund.

Recording. All consultations are recorded and transcribed so I can keep accurate notes and give you better follow-up. By booking a consultation, you consent to the call being recorded and transcribed. Recordings and transcripts are stored securely, used only to support your work with me, and never shared or published.

5. Online courses, community, and group coaching

• Platform. Courses, the parent community, and group coaching are hosted on Skool. Your use of Skool is also subject to Skool's own terms and privacy policy.

• Course access. Courses are self-paced. You'll have access to the course content for as long as the course is offered. Content may be updated or improved over time.

• Group coaching. Group coaching is a separate monthly membership, open to any parent. It includes a 7-day free trial, and you can cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being charged. After that, you can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future payments, and past payments are not refunded. Weekly calls may occasionally be canceled or rescheduled, for example around holidays, and I'll let members know in the group when that happens. Calls are recorded and transcribed, and the recordings and transcripts are not shared with members or published. After each call, I post a written summary and any resources that came up in the group's Classroom. Summaries, and anything else I create from calls, focus on general questions and ideas and never include members' names or identifying details. Please share only what you're comfortable with other members hearing on the call. Group coaching is educational support, not therapy or individual consultation.

• Community guidelines. Be kind and respectful. Keep what other parents share in the community and on calls private, and don't share it outside the group. No selling, spam, or medical advice to other members. I may remove anyone who doesn't follow these guidelines, without a refund.

• Refunds. If the course isn't right for you, email me within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

• Monthly memberships. You can cancel a monthly membership anytime. Cancellation stops future payments, and past payments are not refunded.

6. eBooks and digital products

eBooks are delivered as digital downloads right after purchase. If you don't find an eBook helpful, email me within 30 days of purchase and I'll refund you in full.

7. Personal use only

All materials, including course videos, downloads, and recordings, are for your personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy, share, record, resell, or distribute them without written permission. Course access is for one person or household and may not be shared.

8. Results

Every child and family is different. I can't guarantee specific outcomes from any consultation, course, coaching call, or product.

I work hard to keep information accurate and current, but research and best practices change, and I can't promise every piece of content is complete, error-free, or right for your child. Use your own judgment and check with your child's providers before making changes.

9. Privacy

I take your family's privacy seriously. Your information is used only to deliver your purchase, give you access to what you bought, send related emails, and communicate with you. I don't sell your information. Consultation recordings, transcripts, and notes are stored securely, kept private, and shared with no one without your written permission, except where the law requires disclosure, such as concerns about a child's safety. Information shared in group calls and the community is visible to other members.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Soaring Squirrels, LLC is not liable for decisions you make based on information from any consultation, course, coaching call, community discussion, or product. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.

11. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The date below shows when they last changed.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
